Chick-fil-A strives to win hearts every day by providing authentic, genuine service to their guests. They also have incredible chicken! In addition to my role as Team Leader, I was tasked with providing unique marketing solutions to improve communication for guests and new team members during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

When the pandemic began, there were no corporate assets to indicate that dining rooms were closed. I spearheaded the design project within CFA standards and worked with outside print shops to complete deliverables on time and budget.

I kick-started a restaurant-specific website for potential team members to learn more about the leadership team and apply for positions at the location.
